What is Arubaito's outsourcing services?
Outsourcing Services is a spin out of Arubaito’s core business of Telecommunication and IT Managed Service. We have been doing allot of local hiring to provide services to our clients in MNCs. We match specifically skilled workers with clients, saving businesses time and money, while providing for its employees with honesty and honor. This requires a high level of communication. It means asking open-ended questions and listening, not talking. This means knowing the local market so we can really serve each client and employee, not just “sell” them our goods.
We handle recruiting, including reference checks, skills evaluation, preliminary interviewing, and screening of all employees for our clients. We also act as an extension of the client’s human resource department, assuring that there is open communication between supervisor and employee, and assisting with any troubleshooting or problem solving that may be needed.
